Tabor Academy Facilities

Varsity Squash at Tabor Academy.

Tabor’s squash tradition dates from 1928, when Stone Gymnasium was constructed with four American squash courts.  Since then Tabor has established a tradition of team success and friendly competition that today fills the  5 International Squash courts with players who range from beginning to advanced.  Tabor offers three levels of squash instruction as a winter sport to both girls and boys, and each level receives attention and encouragement.  The Varsity teams compete in the New England Interscholastic Tournament, as well as the National High School Tournament each year.  Junior varsity players enjoy a competitive schedule and train to master basic skills of the game.  Third team players learn the same skills as varsity player at an elementary level, and form a ladder for interscholastic competition.
